As a Life and Career coach, I adhere to the CDI code of Ethics. I ensure that everything is done to provide a 'safe and comfortable' space for my clients. By being genuine, patient, and accepting, my clients feel free to talk about whatever they wish to.
Confidentiality is key, conducting my sessions in a suitably private environment. Notes are kept on file securely stored, either electronically or on paper, in accordance with the Data Protection act 1998 and also the GDPR Act 2018.
A contract is provided for my clients, highlighting all applicable terms. These terms of Business are governed by English and Welsh law.
