MY STORY
Hello, I am Stuart.
A University qualified Career and Business coach.
I have performed in a sales and/or recruitment environment, spanning 25 years, since gaining my University Degree in Business Tourism.
During this time, I have changed considerably, working through several career and life transitions.
My 'identity' has also changed and continues to evolve daily. Who I am, who I wish to be, motivations, my hopes, dreams and fears, they all change.
My own career has brought me success, challenges, promotion, and redundancy. These ups and downs have influenced my life, relocating to London, making new friends and affecting confidence levels, both positively or negatively.
My Career coaching qualification, gained at Birkbeck University London, has professionally trained me to coach, using various coaching techniques and tools, to help you in making decisions, achieving goals and managing Career transitions.
My coaching style very much reflects who I am, warm, friendly, trustworthy, and a genuine person. My coaching is client led, as I want you to feel comfortable talking about whatever career issues you want to.
My sales experience over the years have honed my Business acumen, and listening and communication skills. Whilst, my recruitment history has trained me in writing attractive CV's, interview preparation and job search action planning.
